Loading in Singleplayer

Is it possible to load singleplayer maps? I've got a save fail (.mine ext?) which won't show up in either 'Your Maps' on the client browser OR in-game on the load list.

Can anyone please explain how I can load my save?
I load the client, generate a singleplayer map, hit the load option. Gives me an empty list, I open the browser, select my save, Open. It goes back to the empty list.

I have no problem, but that the button "dump level" saves with .dat is a BIG *** frustrating fail...
