For a few months now I've really wanted to start up a nice reliable Minecraft server, but there's been some issues that holds me back to do so and here's why

I'm looking for a educated minecraft player with a lot of experience. I need a co-owner that can almost fix any problem we will have with the server and dedicate time and money to get the server to its maximum potential. I already have a server map that we will be using. This map had 15-20 players on it before the owner had to shut it down due to lack of funds. I'm already in the process of building a site and I will be handling all the online things including forums, donations and and upkeep of all other things that fall into those lines. 

I want to get to the point where the server pays itself through donations from the players and advertising on the website. We will setup the donations page through paypal and it will look as following:

When you donate 10$...
- Donator Rank ingame; Player Name Changed to this Color.
- We will protect your home, up to 50x50 area. No more griefs!
- Private warp signs to and from your home; This means you can have 2 homes!

When you donate 20$...
- /tpa and /tpahere command access. You will now be able to teleport to your friends and teleport them to you!

When you donate 30$...
- Diamond toolkit every 24 hours
- Iron armor kit every 24 hours
- /kit uber_kit

When you donate 40$...
- Diamond toolkit every 12 hours
- Iron armor kit every 12 hours
- /kit vip_kit

When you donate 50$...
- Choice of Godmode or Flymod;
***If you abuse these powers, we willremove them without refund***

When you donate 75$...
- Both Godmode and Flymod
***If you abuse these powers, we willremove them without refund***

When you donate 100$+...
- If you donate this much we'll talk to you about what you'll get!

And the ranks will be as followed:
1.Newbie
2.Civilian
3.Resident
4.Regal 
5.Lord
6.Mod

-Or-
you can take the route:
1.newbie
2.Civilain
3.Builder
4.Surveyor
5.Architect
6.Engineer

I hope to see this forum post get very popular and I having many people to choose from.
