Please note this is NOT a request for help pirating the game, if my request is not possible I just won't be playing the game.
I will be moving soon, and although I currently have internet access (obviously) I will not have it at my new place to start with, and may not ever be able to have it there, and financial considerations mean moving elsewhere is not an option, it's this place or the street.
I do not have a laptop of any kind, so taking one of those to a wifi enabled cafe/friends house is also not an option.
Basically, I am wondering, if I buy the game now, will I be able to play once I have moved?

if you can take a computer you can buy the game on that computer play it once online (via client) then you should be able to keep playing offline the only downside to this is you cant update when a new version comes out without internet conection.

have you herd of mifi? you can get internet almost everywhere, and wifi. most cariers have them, but i recomend verizon.

Yes, after trying and failing to log in it will give you the option to Play Offline.
