Its not a big problem but i let my friend run around and he saved my location to some random place like 10 billion km away from my house and stuff so i wanted to know if i could go into like a editor or something or maybe a program so that i could maybe see the map from a over view or just something to help me find my stuff. If one of you could post a way for me to find my stuff it would be really awesome because i really really dont feel like restarting. Thanks :D

Yup

Hey sronos, you're in luck, I made the exact same mistake (by my own self, silly me) and had to set up a second home away from home, to mine for redstone and craft a compass, in hopes of getting back to my spawn point. But there is an easier way! It's called the Minecraft Cartograph(er), programmed by ZomBuster. You can find the official thread here, where you'll be able to download the latest version.

It's pretty simple to use, but depending on your cpu and size of map, can take a bit of patience. Note that you will need Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) installed, which a lot of people overlook. Also, all images you make will end up in the same folder you put the Cartograph files in, so don't go looking for your Minecraft save files or whatnot. Noobs these days :P
Oh yeah, and that all your torches will show best if you render in the Night option.

If you have any more questions, ask away ;)
