Making a new server in MCsharp

I started to make a new server, using online tutorials and such, but I'm unsure how to finish making it. Can someone tell me how to make one in MCsharp on a windows vista?

same here i dont know how to port forward
and i tried searching for my router but i dont really know how its called
as i only see the "modem" near my computer
the modem gives me stricht internet
and i want to know how i portforward now xD
(i know its possible as i onice runned a server
quatro port forwarded for me and he doesnt wants to do it again)
