making server issues

ok, so im making a server for me and a few mates to chill on, and i just cant seem to figure it out :( i've done port forwarding and i have poirt 25565 forwarded (or whatever it is) it get the error
[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
umm.... idk how to fix this :( its really annoying and i dunno, in the pic at the bottom, is that what i should have? im a total newb :) as you probably can tell. i dunno if this matters, but the server is in offline mode, cos a couple of friends use cracks, sooo...
i cant seem to connect via my IP when i put 10.0.0.8(local IP) - i can through localhost and 10.0.0.8, should i be able to through the other one? if not, could somebody please try to heres my IP -

Try putting :25565 at the end of the IP. And as for the "Perhaps a server is already running on that port?" I have had that too before, make sure you close it before you try again and be sure not to have any programs that may inerfere like a port checker or any static IP making program. :)
