Ok so I generated a world in NBT Editor and made it in .mclevel, but I want to make it a .dat for my server on survival. Please help me.

as far as i know YOU CANT! what i suggest is you download fcraft. once you download it click configtool>worlds and click new world. than you can generate a custom world with lava, mountains, caves whatever you want. than join your fcraft server and use World of Minecraft client to dump the level. World of Minecraft client will dump it as a .dat file so you can save that for mcsharp.
