menu opens on mouse clicks

Hi I'm running Linux using the client from here: http://www.worldofminecraft.com/Minecraft_Custom_Client_Wrapper_Download/p6
Whenever I click the right or left mouse buttons the menu opens. Any suggestions for a workaround? Has anyone else experienced this?
