Just two questions regarding carts:
Does the side-by-side booster cart trick still work in SMP Beta 1.5_011?
Does having more than one powered minecart give any advantage (power, speed etc?)

Still, the double minecart
Still, the double minecart method is better, since you can go faster and don't need any gold which can be rare. This might change though since Notch (the developer) said that he made booster tracks faster. It's unclear if they will be faster than the double minecart method though.

you dont need it. theres a powred track. make sure to put the the correct distance apart its available on the minecraft wiki if you put them too close it wont work right. and 2 dosent help.
