i think the mob your talking about are these black figures that when your cursor hovers over them, they stare directly at you, and freeze, and if you look away, they attack.

Fully working Creative Mode (and individual admins can enter Creative Mode on a Survival Mode server if they choose)

I saw a picture on minecraft forums of Endermans griefing a beach an picking up the sand blocks o_0

Endermans are ftw, I hear hey don't become hosile until u look straight at them, then they turn smoky and chase u by teleporting several times. They don't chase you until you look away, kinda like Boos from Super Mario bros. They're supposed to also drop diamonds when defeated.
