You appear, judging from that

You appear, judging from that error log, to have an ATI video card installed in your computer. I believe there have been various issues running Minecraft on computers with ATI video cards installed.

As a first step you could try going to the manufacturer's website of your particular video card and downloading the latest driver software for it as this sometimes will resolve problems running games and other apps.
