Hey guys,
I used to play on a classic server but I just kind of forgot about it and came back and all of the ones I used to use seem to have died. I cant find any functioning servers that are still up and the whole hosting thing just confuses me.
Is there any decent free build servers with ranking and commands still active that anyone knows of? And if not is there any way I can host a game just for myself with all building commands like cuboid, copy, paste, spin, etc? Do I really have to forward my port and get a static IP or whatever just to play in this manner or is there something else I can do to just build in mass with commands?

go to maiome24/7 I still admin and clean the place up. I am usually on late most evenings uk time, If I see you or you build something ok on the lower deck of main2 (the default world) I will promote you.
If you do much griefing I will just demote you to lockdown.
I can't find any other classic servers still up.
Anybody know of any more? help me make a list of active servers.

anybody know a way of getting a list of active classic servers?
when I open the World of Minecraft client it gives me a huge list but I have yet to find one still running apart from maiome24/7, even World of Minecraft main has gone.

I'm a rather frequent flyer at [Minemaniacs] servers, but they are for Zombie Survival and Mapbuild. Still pretty good, but getting a lot less active these days sadly.

I don't think there are any servers for Classic still running. Even if there are, they probably aren't very active.
