Minecraft Error (Linux)

When I get to playing on the flying client. I have this problem where I click any mouse button and the menu screen pops up. There are no options that help with this in game.
Just asking what I can do about it. I can't play Minecraft on any of my browsers because linux is weird even though I have java.
