did you tried re-installing
did you tried re-installing all minecraft things? not just re-download the client
go to C:/users/<YOURNAMEHERE>/AppData/roaming/.minecraft
in that folder is a folder called "Bin" delete that folder and boot the client again
this will cause the client to download the bin folder again
now go see if this works

Try restarting your computer, if it still does not work try to reinstall it. It's never happened to me before.
