I downloaded the new hack, dragged the minecraft.jar file into the lib folder, and the game runs smoothly. The only problem is that the hacks won't work! I tried all of the keys, and the checkbox that toggles the hacks on and off. Why won't it work?

Same trouble. Worked before. It did work early this morning, but apparently, it stopped when I decided to log in later on.

i agree but in different time- i played it before yesterday night, hack was working ok but morning after that has not work! i tried these versions: 1.5.4, .1.5.5 and 1.5.7 but no one works!!

Try downloading the most recent version again, because it works fine (with a few notable exceptions) for me in both SP and MP (haven't tried for Survival). I think it's 1.5.9 now.
In SP the only thing missing is the Ctrl and Shift speed boosters. You're also docked your noclip in MP, but you still have flight capability, that odd jumping thing, and all your client's funtionalities.

Still stuck after downloading the newest version available at this site. Downloaded the minecraft.jar and put it in the lib folder. Same problem.

There is no World of Minecraft client wrapper 1.5.9 yet, the latest is 1.5.7

Nope, everything works fine and I can't see any errors. This is really starting to bug me because i only downloaded the World of Minecraft client so I could use fly and speed to monitor in the server I am OP in, but all I can use it for is fullscreen :\
Also I am using the World of Minecraft client on this computer, my other computer and my laptop and I can't hack in any of them.

I have had the hacks for a while and they have been working fine but suddenly I logged on again today and they suddenly have stopped working. Java opens and I can go walk around the map but flying and ctrl to speed does not work. Can anyone help?

I have recently (2 week ago) downloaded the World of Minecraft-Client 1.5.9 ... and everything was working fine (with the older version too), until 2 days ago !
From night to morning (litterally !), every fonctions of the World of Minecraft-Client went down... nothing works anymore...
I have made a few test, in a map that I go often, and it's really strange...
-The program starts normally
-Nothing unusual showing in the ''CMD.exe'' box
-I can access every maps normally, without any problems
-In ALL maps, the Speed and Fly fonctions are disable, so is any things we can normally do with the World of Minecraft-Client... except 1 thing...
-In SOME maps, the ''X'' button that allows us to Noclip works (and in some maps, it doesn't work, but that always has been like that with Noclip)...
-Every key I press on the keyboard is correctly showing on the ''CMD.exe'' box (Key: 44) = ( Z )
-And I have very recently (yesterday) redownloaded the World of Minecraft-Client AND the minecraft.jar (placed in the lib folder)
I don't think I have forgotten anything that could help discover what's going on !
(Windows XP - SP2, 1Gig RAM, good Graphic card, updated drivers for everything, Java is up to date too...)

Almost everyone who has posted here about hacks not working is a spectator. You can't use hacks if you are a spectator.
I am closing this thread due to the incredible amount posts that are spectators. The first thing you do when your hack's speed/fly don't work is check if you are a spectator. If that is not the case, THEN you can post here. If you are a spectator, feel free to post a (good) appeal here.
