I'm now completely locked out of the game, and I can't play in the browser version because of this, and the downloaded version is way to choppy and laggy to be desirable. Is minecraft naturally this unstable on Macs?

I am on mac

It has to do with video rendering mainly because running in browser and other things running in browser and try using Safari if not all ready
Hint: The desktop version is better for me and most people, if it is laggy adjust render distance to be shorter.
