I can't seem to find the folder that many Windows Users call ".minecraft". Is there any way to download mods for Linux? I'm trying to get a time changer mod, I'm so tired of waiting for a bright screen to appear.

Update: I can't find APPDATA. Where do the saved minecraft files go?
