realy bcarm no need to spaz out and stop playing minecraft. there is a way to reduce lag in minecraf using windows task manager, there is a thread about it on the minecraft forums. the lag in minecraft will reduce over time anyway once notch has time to optimise his game.
EDIT:i actually tried using windows task manager myself to reduce my lag and it worked very well. it takes less than five minutes and is eazy to do,
