i tried to create my own server at (MCsharp) , the "crafted" was down
so i did take "mcsharp" i downloaded it and did edit server properties
and i did go on the "MCsharp CLI " and it write "25565 port is closed.
you need to be set up forwarding." i dont know what it means with that
but i really wanna have my own servers! pls help me, if you do and we
figure it out togeter you can be "OP" on my server when it is createt
and runs smoothy!, sry for my bad english, i hope you still can read it

hey... when i enter my IP on the search it just say that the page is not found. pls help me!

if that doesnt work you can just make a normal server by going to minecraft.net/download.jsp and downloading the "Minecraft_Server.exe" and the "Minecraft_server.jar". Make a file on the desktop named "minecraft server" or something of that sort. Put the two files listed above in it. Then run "Minecraft_Server.exe" until it says "Done". Then you can delete that from the file and there should be new items in it, named like OPS, Banned-players,Server,banned-ips, etc. then right click on the "minecraft_server.jar" and go to "open with" and open it with "Java(TM) Platform SE Binary". Once it says "done" then the server is up. DONT DELETE THAT FILE. Now download hamachi(http://hamachi.en.softonic.com/). Once it's installed open it and you'll see "network" on the top bar. Once you click on it, go to "Join network" then select what ever yours is named. You'll be given an IP which you put in minecraft once your server is on. Im 14 and i was able to do this, its simple once you understand.

in order to operate a server, you must access your router and use the port forwarding operation. to access your router, search for the ip of your brand on the internet. im connected to a netgear so the ip you type in your internet browser is 192.168.1.1. default username is admin and password is password. access the port forwarding and port triggering function and open the necessary ports. good luck!
