3. Cobblestone is most always found underground however some rare above ground dumps can be found especially in seeds like : worstseedever
4. it has been known that glass is not retrievable ; be careful when you’re placing any glass.
5. if you are grabbing iron, you should put them to a more useful use than with minecart tracks unless you are far from your home and you need a quick transportation.
6. Also, bookshelves are not retrievable.
7. The most useful iron uses are as follows : 1. tools (pickaxe, axe, so on) 3. shears (to get wool for beds and dye) 4. For buckets to store water and lava with and to make cake with, 5. compasses 6. pistons 7. minecart tracks. let me know if I missed any good ones at
8. Lava can kill even on Peaceful. I know. I’ve had it happen before.
9. if you are going on a mining rampage, then , to make sure that lava is not around, maybe bring a bucket of water or store your most valuable items.
10. Play on peaceful if you do not want to die easily.
11. if you play on any other rank then peaceful, a sword becomes very valuable on any quest even if you’re at home and forgot some pork outside.
12. if you drop items, they are retrievable.
13. never purposefully walk into anything red unless it is still and a solid object. If it flows, don’t walk in it.
14. If there is a water current underground and you see light that is not from torches, if you go into it, be careful with the current. it can lead you to lava or some other bad source.
15. nether portals require 8 obsidian, which is obtained from a meeting of lava-water or vice versa.
16. if you are thinking of making a portal you must have fire to make the portal on the inside or the portal will be a dud.
17. lighting DOES burn wood exactly the same way fire does. It can also burn any flammable object.

19. Lava can be used in a furnace if it is in a bucket. It counts for 100 uses, but it takes the bucket with it, unlike cake.
20. Cake is one of the most healing items in the game – if not the most healing (except for golden apples, only obtained through killing Notch and grabbing gold and whatnot.) but it can be very strenuous to contain.
21. if you are thinking of making a house with an underground area and you scare easily, think of turning of noises or turning on peaceful (that is, if you do not light the region.)

How about: Do not jump while going downhill.
Carry armor on any difficulty.
Do not carry tnt or lava anywhere on your hotbar unless you will use it.
Do not stand downhill when placing lava.
Do not jump down into 2 blocks of water, unless you are at most 15 blocks above it.
Do not use lava to light your wooden house(s).
Always run into a dungeon, light it up, leave, then kill the NPC's, even though you will lose hearts.

When running from an opponent, Never look back. If you are within 5 blocks of them, do not pillar.
If you did pillar, and there are spiders, crouch to the edge, and create a 'lip'. This will cause spiders to be incapable of climbing up and not killing you.
