minecraft wont work after downloading the halo texture pack

i downloaded the halo texture pack and i put it in to that minecraft.jar file and i open minecraft up on the internet and it just froze it just say done loading but its not showing anything.

I did the exact same thing yesterday, i've deleted the texture pack + minecraft.jar from my computer and re-downloaded - No luck D:
Even on the browser client it'll stay on the 'Done loading' about a cm from the actual end T^T

I've found the solution!
Navigate yourself to C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
once there delete the entire Bin folder, then run minecraft again and it 'should' reinstall the missing pieces and playable agian :D
