Minecraft is dieing on me Help would be nice!

Well long story short my computer required a re-install of the operation system. I did the full install. I even got Java and Flash. Yet minecraft will not work. I downloaded it fresh today. When I try to login on the launcher it simply gives me this:
My fix attempts included the folowing:
Deleting the .minecraft in my appdata folder.
Result? Didn't work.
Using an updater for a cracked minecraft.
Result? Didn't work.
Playing offline.
Result? Didn't Work.
Telling minecraft to force update.
Result? Didn't work.
Now i'm not against playing in browser.

The game doesn't leave this point. It is clearly frozen because I open something over it and the game window shows a snapshot of the previously opened window.
I had no fixes for this...but the result is still. Didn't Work.
I am running Windows 7 x64 with 8GB of ram and a 1TB Hard Drive.
At this point there is not hope. Please help me if you can. I just want to play minecraft again.

I downloaded it but I don't seem to be doing it right.
It opens and closes very quickly.
I have 64 bit java installed I will install 32 bit now.
Recent Progress: I found an old minecraft.exe file in my folders and ran it. I acted as if it was updating then got stuck on "Done Loading."

If you could download this place it where you have minecraft.exe run it and copy the output it may help us. Also this may seem stupid but can you access the internet from other programs? Also make sure that you have both 64 bit and 32 bit java installed.
