Ok, so I need a thing called minecraft.jar to do World of Minecraft. But when I hit "download" it says, "Cannot Download into file blah blah blah blah blah" and I can't run World of Minecraft. Any help?

Stop spamming the server please... have you read the full article above... If so what are you actually doing?
I already read all of that. The question is, did you read my problem? It WONT let me download it. I click "Download" and it says it couldn't download it.
Unfortunately the "blah, blah, blah" part is the important part...
I'm going to assume here that the missing part of the error message stated that you don't have permission to write to the file, and that you were trying to run the World of Minecraft app directly from the disk image (DMG) instead of copying it to your home directory.
Unfortunately the DMG is read only, and thus won't be able to write the minecraft.jar file when it downloads it.
It's possible this error will go away when you copy the app to your home directory, or the Applications folder.
It's also possible that the error message says something completely different, so let me know how it goes.
Oh....so that's what I was doing wrong. I opened it from the DMG, not the home directory. Thanks!
Wait, so how would you open it from home directory instead of DMG?
I think the same problem happened to me but I dont know so I am asking how to do this step by step..
You open the DMG and the Finder window appears with World of Minecraft icon in it. Simply drag it into the "Applications" link beside the World of Minecraft icon, it will copy for a second and now it should be runnable from the Applications folder on you drive.
Alternatively you can put it in your home folder, or your desktop.
To put it in your home folder, you need to have an extra Finder window open and drag the World of Minecraft icon from the one window (DMG) to the window with the Home folder open.
To put it on your desktop, simply drag from the DMG window to your desktop.

Oh, BTW. I'm using the OSX version.
