Mod stopped minecraft working?

I'm not sure if this is the right place, its not World of Minecraft related but i downloaded the koi mob mod and it completely stopped minecraft working.
I removed all the koi mod files from my mc jar but still not working.
how do i get MC back without losing my other mods?

Well delete the minecraft.jar folder in your bin folder, DO NOT DELETE THE BIN FOLDER, then on the minecraft launcher, click options -> force update. As for why it stopped your minecraft working, you probably installed it wrong. Make sure you have all the APIs and Modloaders needed, and make sure you delete the META-INF file in your minecraft.jar. You can't get it back I think...
If you used too many mods yer minecraft will not work..
If you deleted mods your minecraft will not work right.
You can't get yer minecraft back to what it was, and still keep the mods you have.
You need to delete yer minecraft bin(to be sure that all is deleted you can delete yer whole minecraft files data.)
When done you can press the button above LOG IN, it says UDATE NOW if i'm correct.
You can't keep yer mods after deleting yer minecraft jar file.
You can keep yer save though, just copy and paste yer maps out of the minecraft SAVES folder. :3
Hope this helped a bit... as I'm not that of a tech person, but I had alot of problems with mods and minecraft.
Maybe you can post the list of mods you had, and if you have modloader installed.
