Installing textures easily!

Hi, I didn't like the default skin for minecraft so I (, like so many of you), went and created my own!
It's based on the default skin so there are a lot of similarties, just polished everything up a bit.
Plus I redid the GUI, made it more basic actually.
New blocks:
New default character(a man in a tux with a bag over his head, ofcrouse you can use this as your own characters skin too):
(Also notice the new crosshair, altough I bet something like that is already available.)

Alright, there it is. Maybe there will be an update some time because I think maybe the new color blocks need a little tweaking, let me hear what you think!

Nice blocks! Although I'm thinking that the tree block is too bright.
I love cell-shaded stuff!
Also, why does the bottom-screen inventory remind me of Gradius II sprites? :P

maybe remove the outlines on cloth blocks
then they will be solid collor and perfect for me to build even more awesome things with
also if the glass could just be a block with only sides vissable then it would be awesome (glass like in SMP's textures)

Nice job there. I tried to install by putting the contents of the zip in the skin folder, but I'm not seeing the changes.
What am I doing wrong? I have World of Minecraft 1.5.9.

also has anyone noticed when smp talks everyone shuts the hell up PLUS hes one of the oldest members, plus when he closes a thread it feels like the wrath of flipping GOD also id like to know if theres a survival version
