Mute and Spectator Appeal

About one week ago I tried joining one of your servers (World of Minecraft Building Contest I think). Soon as I joined someone said "He's a greifer!"
Then I was muted and wasn't able to upgrade. I am not a greifer, and I beleive this is very unfair.

Have you filled out a formal spectator appeal yet?
If so: Wait and the problem will soon be resolved.
If not: Fill one out, also state that you are muted, and we'll get down to business.
All it says under your logs is that you were spec'd for "grief".

Maybe that guy thought you were a griefer that had a very similar name to yours?
