After all he was a good friend but he didnt follow rules so sorry but hes out.

EliteVolume will try anything just to bypass his ban, only to join World of Minecraft: Realms and harass Staff and end up with yet another IP banned by World of Minecraft: Realms Staff, This happenes about once a month, Some one posts on the forums on behalf of EliteVolume and ends up with the same answer "permanently banned", That means 'Forever'.. :/
