im new i recently discovered this site and i love it
but im having a problem with my World of Minecraft client as the subject states.
now, i put the minecraft.jar file in the lib folder as the instructions say
i start up run.bat and i get this
(shortened because of laziness)
Could not find the main class: Main. Program will exit.

Warning: lib\minecraft.jar not found.
Did you reed instructions / download it?

If you would read the whole text about the client download then you would know that you need THIS minecraft.jar in the lib directory.
Then start again.it should work

i have tried it all too. nothing seems to work for me EVER when it comes to this sort of thing. i dont know why

this happens to me to u went to my friends house and it worked there !@! im gonna get my usb and take his files and put it in my computer tomorrow

Hi your problem is maybe you have to download the client and the jar file again i don't know your problem so good but try out what i said and if that dosen't work i got nothing more to say about your problem.
