Native File is Empty Problem

I downloaded the files and when I go to run World of Minecraft.exe. It says Theres a problem with the installation, the native file is empty please reinstall.
Ive reinstalled 3 times and it does the same thing, any suggestions?

Are you using an NSW DET laptop? If so the problem is any internet connections from a program not already on the laptop when you received it will not work. The same goes for the full version of minecraft, we can only manage the single player version. A group of my friends and i are looking for a way around this, but haven't had much progress without tampering too much and alerting our schools administrator.

Ok well is there any way you can notify me if you find a way around the error, skype maybe?

I figured out that I had to extract all the files to my desktop but now whenever I try to click it, it says it is blocked by my group policy please contact your administrator or somthing like that. I am using a school laptop at my home, is that why?
