Native Folder empty when I download World of Minecraft

When i downloaded World of Minecraft and extracted it,then opened World of Minecraft.exe it says: Fatal error: There is a problem with your installation. Native folder empty. Please reinstall.
I reinstalled World of Minecraft about 7 times and the same message keeps popping up. Please tell me if you are going to fix this problem or tell me how to fix this problem.
