Need to download Omen Batch File

Hey there. My OMEN completely screwed itself over recently, and the only suggestion I have gotten to fix the problem, was to download the OMEN Batch file. I have looked for it, but cannot find it. I know this is a stupid question, but if anyone knows where to find the OMEN batch file for download, then please tell me.
