Need help making worlds grief proof

Hello, I know it's a really newbie question, but how do I set up my minecraft server so only high ranked players can edit worlds? I want to make a free build map, but I don't want people messing up things on my map. I'm using iCraft if it matters, any help is appreciated.

usally you can set a thing
usally you can set a thing in ranks about how many bloack they break in a matter of seconds so if you set 32 bricks in 5 seconds it will auto ban them and reset the world

uh dont know much about iCraft because i use MCLawl try something like /perbuild rank id amagine it should be the same but try googleing iCraft commands
