need help with putting minecraft.jar

i downoladed the minecraft.jar and putted the file into the lib and start the bat it still sayes that minecraft.jar not found lib/minecraft.jar ... i cant download into the lib file cuz i got the firefox and it downolads in the downloaded file so pls HELP T_T

which client do you mean? the run file just says that the .jar file isnt there (if I removed it, like you said) as well as the normal error I get and the normal minecraft client in the lib folder works fine.
