Need some server help

I'm running a server (right now it's based off of hamachi)
And there is quite a few things I need help with,
First of all the lag is horrible, and it's not my connection how can I fix it?
Second is there a way I can run it off a website or something? (no I don't have one but if i need to get one i need a free way)
