About a week ago I decided to see what this Minecraft that I'd been hearing a lot about online was all about. I bought the game and, after a few hours of trying to figure things out, I was hooked.
I've played around a bit on single player, so now I'm hoping that I can find a good server to play multiplayer. From some of the videos I've seen, it looks really fun.

Thanks, I'll give those servers a try. I'm actually looking for a more low population/newer server. I find it kind of hard to start on a server where there has already been a lot done. I'm not sure where to start. I don't want to ruin something someone spent a bunch of time building.
I also think I prefer playing survival mode over classic. I might give them both more of a try.

Our classic server dosn't host more than 15 people at a time, and we often clear the lvl's (and save them to an "old levels bank") so that there's plenty of room for new inspired minds :-)
Our Beta server is new, and growing, but for now we get around 20 out of 50 possible players at a time for now.
