When I first joined, I went to Snowy River. I met a lot of cool people there, and got Builder there. It's by far my favorite server, and I had a huge build in progress when the server went down. I was told we were just doing a host change, and our builds would be okay. Weeks passed. My friend Mario told me about a similar issue with SMP's server, and he really wanted to show me a build he had there.

First off let me start by saying if anyone in the staff team were ever on a power trip of anything of the such, you would not be on the forum nor be posting. You obviously are here checking your appeal status, because you want to play on our servers.
You were spectated for griefing as you said. After repeatedly being told simply to ask a staff member why you were demoted in-game, which is extremely easy and takes no effort on your part, you continue to refuse. Now if you are going to write a response as such I want to at least be sure you can prove any of what you said when all you have done is refuse to ask why you were demoted - which in anyones view makes you look even worse.
So before you write such a response please actually show you put the effort out to prove we have done anything wrong. From what I see we have done nothing. You griefed, we spectated you, you appealed, it was denied and you were told to ask a staff member why you were demoted in the first place, you did not. You made a complaint topic, a staff member responded telling you yet again to ask a staff member.
As stated in your complaint topic - You come to us, we do not come to you. From what I see this must be where you are trying to appeal as you just said you griefed. Add that to your new appeal. Also do you honestly think that making such a post like this one, will help your current state, let alone your appeal?
So, look at your appeal and your topic with a lovely response, tell me what we have done wrong, and I will accept the fact we are on a power trip.

Oh, but you're wrong. I DID ask in fact. I did so quite promptly after you told me to, only to receive nothing but hostility and accusations that just because the logs say I griefed, I must have done so intentionally. If you think I made that post to try and help my current state you're VERY wrong. I was trying to save this poor guy the trouble i've had to go through just to get at least one of my creations back.
The mod/admin (i'm not sure exactly what he was) I asked for the reason would not even come with me to the server to see the landscape I supposedly "griefed" simply because he did not trust me. He didn't trust me because I was spectated, what did he think I was going to do? stab his Minecraft character?. This is like being accused of something, being innocent, but because you're being held in jail you're treated as if you're guilty regardless. Or more aptly put, guilty unless proven innocent.
When the staff here actually show me that they're NOT on a power trip (oh what's that? You locked the thread earlier so I couldn't mention any of this? shame) and decide to give the regular user a chance at explaining what the situation was, I'll accept what you said.
I've already lodged two appeal forms, but considering how unhelpful you've all been, I just went straight to H4X to sort this out. If his staff won't listen, maybe HE will.
EDIT: I'm fairly sure the Admin in question is FenixFurion. At the very least I KNOW the Admin had "Dictator" in front of his/her name in the Main server. Ironic, no?

I did not lock this topic and will find out who did. As for the person who talked to you in-game, I will have a talk with him - It's InvisiblePerson, not FenixFurion. You provided me with some proof and as I said if there was any power issues that I would look into it for you, which I will. Since you are actually taking the time to write a response so far I can believe you.
H4X manages the site not the servers - if you have a complaint send it to ecrider, Daedal, SMP, jonnyabc, or myself. He has already sent us your complaint and I will take a lot of time looking into this.

Thank you very much, you've quickly turned my opinion around of this whole operation and I understand now that this was definitely a one-off thing. I'm a little upset about not being able to take a screenshot of one of my creations but as the server is now gone there isn't anything that can be done about it.
I look forward to having this sorted out however and being able to try out the new servers as they sound alot easier to move around on and better in general.

I recently made this realy cool garden in main but I had not finished it when the server had been reset! There was still plenty of room on the server and quite alot of people still hadn't finished thier builds.
I agree with Fi Thun Dragon about the servers because I to, had the best build I have ever built and it was only half done. Also i don't see how chaning host (so they told me) can take that long!
If people liked the idea of having the two servers then the servers would be nearly full after a day like the others but instead they are nearly empty!

And the reason being for that was that the previous server owners were far to busy to do it withing the first few days.

We noticed this when we launched them - they aren't doing well traffic wise at all. We will most likely change them to a normal server such as lowground or snowy river sometime soon with something special.

Thank you for informing me on the situation. It's just no one else didn't seem to have a clue to what's going on lol. Probs trying to get the other two servers online. So does this mean that snowy and lowground are going to be back online soon? Hope so! Also I don't think the contact staff mail is working because I have sent 3 messages (2 five days ago and 1 two days ago) but have had no response.

We have decided what we are going to do. The 'new' servers (Uncensored and Themed) will be taken down within the next few hours. We will present you with something special.
The contact staff button only emails the site owner at the moment - if you need anything server wise just private message a server admin. :)

No, it's not our fault, the people with the maps are never on, and when they are they are too busy to give us them. You could either be without any World of Minecraft servers, or play with clean new maps with awesome effects.

Get used to it, i've been spectated for "griefing" something I had no idea anyone owned in the hell server, what they had supposedly built fit right in to the scenery, and no-one will even go there with me so I can explain what happened properly.
Most of the staff don't seem to care, they're just going on a big power trip.
