No-clip won't work in a server that allows it (latest version)

I play on my usual server and everyone is using World of Minecraft and no-clip but when i go to us no-clip it won't let me.

What kind of software are you using?
Some of the software don't allow no-clip becuz they are /jail command
I think u use MCstorm

First of all, server software has nothing to do with this... :/
I can bet you any other server softwares can also have this problem (fCraft, MCForge, MCDawn, MCBlend, idk).
If your having problems with allowing/disallowing hax, first of all try re-logging on. Second, try a server restart. If that STILL doesnt work, check if you are updated to the latest World of Minecraft version.
/jail has nothing to do with noclip btw.... :/ maybe /freeze does but not /jail. -.-

I also sometimes cant No-Clip when I first join a server with +Hax +No-Clip.
Generally when I rejoin im able to again.
