i cant find the minecraft.jar and i tryed the minecraft
server.jar but that didnt work either for the hack that lets you fly and go through walls and bricks and stuff PLZ HELP or post links

Did you guys even read the directions? IF you read them there is a link that GIVES you the minecraft.jar file and tellyou to put it in the lib folder. And the minecraftserver.jar id for creating a server only and not for the client. And since i have the feeling that you will look in the wrong place and say tht you still cant find it,

my problem isn't know how or what to change- what i can't find is where firefox (or *insert browser name here*) stores the minecraft.jar on my computer. i have searched a million places and can't find it.
[edit] i'm talking about indev here, not the World of Minecraft client.

The link has changed since notch started using the amazon cloud. try reading the directions for the link.

When I open the downloaded file, it gives me this message : Failed to load Main-Class Manifest attribute from C:\Users\ACER\Downloads\minecraft.jar

I have read the instructions and tryed to go on the web page. It said 404 not found. I clicked the link above and added that in, put it in the right folder and still says it is not there... please help.

What i'm doing is, finding the Minecraft.jar folder
There's a post somewhere about finding it, i'll link it at the bottom.
Anyhow, got the Minecraft.jar, put it in the folder with the run (am I doing that right? i don't know where else to put it, help if you can please) then i double click run, and the command thing, whatever it is, comes up saying blah blah blah, lib\minecraft.jar not found, cannot run blah blah bloo, so I'm not sure what's going on.. but that's as far as i can get, i've looked on the internet a lot to find out how, no such luck.
Hoping someone can help, thanks

you need to put it into the /LIB folder. that's why it says /lib/minecraft.jar

Ok i may have a solution, i posted on my website a a link to download a working version of the custom client Here. if there are any download problems try agian in a hour, my server is stuffing up agian and im working on fixing the problem.

When i try to run World of Minecraft it says YOU DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF MINECRAFT.JAR. But I have several copies! I put copies in BOTH lib folders. Guess what? NO WORKING

when it says that, does it give you the option to download it?
it should do, press the download button and all should be fine
you should not need to go through the folders adding things to make it work
