I am having this weird problem with my client. When I'm logging in, it say this when I click sign in:

I fixed it, no more need to fret.

How did you fix it? I keep getting this problem, and all I can do is redownload minecraft.jar (which only fixes it for one session).

It seems like World of Minecraft is making the lib directory read-only each time it runs. Removing the read-only attribute solves the problem, but only for one session (because World of Minecraft makes it read-only again).

For anyone else with this problem:
Windows Firewall was blocking World of Minecraft.exe (and not notifying me I guess -.-). So I just had to add an exception for it.

I am a noob. I just had a shortcut that wasn't starting 2.0.5 in the right directory. *FACEPALM*

I think that would be your problem.. with your firewall i don't think it has anything to do with the game....

Minecraft update the website, so the client needed to update as well. You have an old client.
