Noclip help

In the latest version, 1.7.3, can anybody else go noclip, because I cannot on any servers.
Also does anybody know how I could get it to work?

I cant Noclip, but I can fly.
I can fly and spuer jump and have super speed. But I can't walk through walls like other people. They say Just hold X but it doesn't work for me

Do you think that this problem will be solved by the update to 1.7.4?
Pressing F2 is to keep noclip on without holding X but noclip doesn't work before that.
I'm currently posting from my iPod but I will update on 1.7.4 soon.
