Hi,
I am really going to sound like a noob here but what is the ip for the confirmation code for the World of Minecraft Realms website? I want to make an account and cannot do it without this info.
Thanks
To get a code, you need to launch minecraft and sign in to the World of Minecraft: Realms server.
Once you are in the game, type: /member EMAILADDRESS
, remember to replace EMAILADDRESS with your actual email address. The game will give you a code to enter into the orange "sign up" box above, along with the email address you entered.
As soon as you've done this, you will get sent a email with your verify request. Simply click the link or copy and paste it into your browser. The final step is to create a password. Once complete, sign in to your account using the green "sign in" box above.
When you login, you will be able to upgrade your account to member status and gain access to a larger realm size.

Basicly, I want to make a server on the World of Minecraft realms. I cannot get an account to make a sdrver without a code. To get a code, apparantly I need to log into a authentication server. What I want is the IP ADRRESS that goes in the IP BOX to log INTO THAT SERVER! Not anything else.
Thanks,

Did the actually read the above 3 comments?
Technically his question wasn't really answered. I get his frustration, even though it says to just sign in to the World of Minecraft: Realms server in the "how to do it" post, it really doesn't specify you have to use the web based client and a specific url to launch it. "Launch Minecraft and sign in to the World of Minecraft: Realms server" doesn't seem to take into consideration folks running a local client or is forgeting to specify the correct way to accomplish this. Anything you would sign in to or connect to tends to require either an IP or a hostname/URL. None of the answers provided either one of these, and one post provided a direct link to the web based client with no attempt to answer if there is an IP or just the link they posted.
Is there a way to connect to the World of Minecraft: Realms server with local client using an IP or hostname, or is the URL provided - http://www.minecraft.net/classic/play/87112966523396e0fbf1b8e7c10d67e9, the only method to connect and create an AUTH Code?
I'm just as much a newb and had been searching for the same information. It made no sense that there wasn't an IP or URL/Hostname posted to connect to World of Minecraft: Realms server after launching Minecraft.
If there is no direct IP or hostname available, then the short answer should be:
Use the following link to launch the web based minecraft client and connect to the World of Minecraft:Realms server. http://www.minecraft.net/classic/play/87112966523396e0fbf1b8e7c10d67e9

This is us going crazy telling you what to do:
And this is you:
as iv read "Basicly, I want to make a server on the World of Minecraft realms." World of Minecraft: realms only runs one server and will not run yours. maybe in the olden days of World of Minecraft when they ran seperate servers you could be a server host but that has ended and only one is now ran
WoM Coins: 6608
But if you log onto the server: World of Minecraft:Realms and type "/member"
Everything will be explained there.
