when ever u first go on World of Minecraft its like that just go in it again and it should be fixed.

Simplified answer
It's simple, your World of Minecraft client window is too big that the monitor can't fit.
Solution: Make the window smaller

have you got your window on full screen because that happens with me if i shrink the window.
