ok, my server

i have downloaded the newest mcforge software and am currently running it of my internal ip address, using a forwarded port and noone can connect to my server but me, it comes up in the womrealms filter but when they try to connect it says the server may be down.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
(i apologise if this is in the wrong forum section but i don't know if i should post it in non World of Minecraft servers or support so just move it if it's in the wrong one please)

i guess i wont run the server it's probably because ive modified half the programs on it :P

Try using an external one and check if you've port forwarded correctly.
If you're trying to find your external IP, open up the Command Prompt and type ipconfig. Then, use the ipv4 address (which is your external IP)
If that doesnt work, then I don't know
