I am not trying to be a jerk or anything but seriously World of Minecraft wtf mate!!
WOM use to be easy, intuitive and load fast as hell.
Now I cant even list servers in alphabetical order without it lagging for 5 minutes, loading 5-10 versions of the same server when only 1 is valid, and then CRASH!
And no this isn't a java 6 problem. The new client is just sucking balls...

How come you only just have a problem with it now?
Works fine for me, the server browser might be slow but you just have to be patient with it, typing one letter at a time :)

Typing letters isnt the issue, im attempting to list them in alphabetical order.
And i havent been on World of Minecraft for almost a year and I came back to this current version and its annoying the hell out of me. It use to be auto alphabetical and less servers. I keep seeing replicate lists that dont exsist. so what is up with that?
Is it possible to download an older version or something?

Maybe if minecraft.net got rid of all the inactive servers there wouldn't be such a huge list for you to download which may be causing the client to crash as it's trying to organize that huge list.

That server that are offline it isnt really offline, but it always say's the server is problably down
