I understand i have been annoying at times, but this is dum, All of a sudden a login to irc i say nothing and lunick banned me, now today i get i'm perma banned from classic and smp... For what !!? what did i do !!?

You were banned on IRC by me because you were also banned from Classic/SMP and I had permission to ban you on spot. You need to wait for an OWNER such as moujave/Triddin/H4X to come and explain the full situation as I was only given the OK to ban you on the spot. Asking Jak or any other Forum Mod/Non Staff Member will get you no where.

Second of all: It is in fact not ridiculous. You were banned for numerous reasons and you know why!
You constantly asked for staff\forum moderator to the point where you have started to annoy the crap out of everyone. Including non-staff who are just operators on IRC. The constant bombardment is borderline harassment and the desperation is worrisome. Let me just inform you all, that this has been going on for over 3 months. I have told skate no, over and over again.
Jak - as you don't have the whole picture, I must inform you, that you are wrong.
I have warned skate to stop asking people, including me, if he does not that I would have to ban him. After the other day when he in fact asked me again and I said "no.", I guess he thought it would be funny to go talk garbage about me behind my back. The things he said was uncalled for and just pathetic. Hence why he has now been permabanned.
As for IRC - I told Lunick, if skate joins, to ban him on the spot without warning.
What aggravates me even more is skate pulling on the "I didn't do anything wrong" card and lying directly to everyone about the confusion for his ban.
The ban is permanent and I will not change my mind on the matter. Skate if you are caught bypassing the bans, I will just keep blocking you.

I understand that I don't know the whole story, but from the point of view of us low down people, it look like he was randomly banned from the irc channel, classic and smp without warning or reason.
I have asked a couple of the admins who apparently have no way of finding why he was banned and being told that his banning note just said 'permaban' with no reason on it. And the irc logs which clearly show him joining, not even saying 'hi' then being banned by a channel op.
Also skaterkid10 has been accused of grief that he did not commit, because it was done by someone with a similar name. Yet the ban is still in position even though admins have been made aware of this fact.
