So, after the new update i used some of my old Diamond tools that i made before the update and they instantly disappeared. Aint that a bit of problem?

It's a glitch that I've only experienced in SMP on my server,however I noticed its when you die while holding the tools and I'm sure notch is working at least somewhat to fix this but yes it is a major problem.
