Older age group chat. [LOCKED]

Hey guys,
I think that it would be a pretty good idea to implement a chat for an older age group. Perhaps 15-16 +?
The chat would definitely have rules however the use of appropriate language and talk about certain topics would be revoked. (Providing they are within reasoning, if someone is swearing their head off or being racist they would be punished accordingly). - The swear filter would be disabled in the chat HOWEVER the really inappropriate ones would still be filtered.
It would also be a good idea to make requirements to gain access to it, I.E: Proving that you are mature enough to not go overboard.
The chat would not be an excuse to break the rules but merely a feature that would make World of Minecraft a bit less boring. Some of the older players would have more things to talk about rather than having to stick to topics suitable for a young age group which can get rather boring at times.
I honestly hope you don't think this suggestion is immature, ridiculous or anything along those lines. Consider it something that would make spending time on the World of Minecraft servers more enjoyable for the slightly older players. (That is of course not to say it isn't already enjoyable)

Yes, however, you can still be kicked for swearing excessively on your realm and there is no option to disable the spam threshold in your clan/realm chat.
Perhaps these options could be implemented instead?

I still don't think it's a good idea, you guys can clearly use better words than swears anyway as the English language is full of creative words :P
We can't do proper age checks on people anyway...
And last of all I feel like it would become one of those exclusive things that I think people will flaunt their rights about to other people.
