Omen help?

Hey guys, I've been having a fair bit of trouble figuring out the Omen map editor. All I want is a flat map, no hills, no caves, just flat land. I'm trying to make a server for a friend and I to build a sky fortress, so it might need to be pretty high up. Can anyone help me do this?

take an empty map, set brush
take an empty map, set brush size to max, selet stone, kep clicking and scroling your mouse with 1 click so all the bottem layers are stone, and then 1 layer of grass, then save. (probably have to change the file to a different size)
