Opening A Creation Mode Server Help

I recently looked on a tutorial to open a minecraft private server but when it was complete I realieze dit is like the actual game beta, mining for ores and wavey hills. How do i make a server with unlimited blocks and the choice of the landscape?

Although I do believe you can use a map editor like Omen to create your own map style you cannot get unlimited block but you can, however, spawn many using the server console (unless you are using Hamachi).
