Terrasina is my fave because she was the first staff I ever met and is always super nice. Plus, her aweome mushroom house is right next to mine and it makes a nice view from my roof :)

I met terra when she was a wee little trusted, and she was super nice! When she became staff she remained a player and was now also a really helpful staff member. :)
I haven't gotten to know spuds very much, but when he was on he was super nice and he made me want him on more! I liked just chatting with him, and he gets stuff done.
Hallyn is one of my favorites because I've known her since before she was staff. I think. I got to know Sharpy63 and we were friends, and then I found out that Sharpy is Hallyn. Hallyn can be pretty goofy when everything is okay, but when anyone needs help, she puts on her serious face and deals with is.
So basically I like friendly staff that still get things done when they're needed :P

Threads like this one hurt the feelings of those who work hard on this site but have a 0. H4X pays the bills, spuds and Snow work behind the scenes to make World of Minecraft great. All of the chat mods screen the idiots, and Isaac even sends mail to make sure that all is well. All of this with no pay. I vote all of them. That is all.

It's obviously Hallyn. She made World of Minecraft a better experiance for me. If this post was a Year back, I'd vote Shazty as the best staff member. But now... It's a Tie between Hallyn and Nolz.

From my point of view it helps us guage which staff are liked by players and why. We can take that into account when we form staff policy and when we need new staff or trusted, it factors into that decision.
It's nice to be appreciated but there's other benefits to it too.
EDIT: To clarify on the factoring into a staff or trusted decision comment, I mean this is one of the ways we see what you guys think make good staff / trusted, and that would help factor into our decision.
